Dr. Jenna Baruta. BSc., DMD
Dr. Jenna Baruta earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at the Okanagan University College. She then received her DMD degree at the University of British Columbia in 2003. Dr Baruta practiced dentistry in Dawson Creek and Vernon before establishing Jade Bay Family Dentistry in beautiful Lake Country in 2010. In addition to practicing general dentistry, she has been a member of the South Okanagan Orthodontic study group since 2011. She enjoys expanding her knowledge in general dentistry through continuing dental education courses every year. In between driving her kids to football, parkour, soccer, and gymnastics, she keeps busy with her family skiing, managing their small hobby farm, and enjoying all that the Okanagan has to offer.
Dr. Jamie Marshall. BSc., DMD
Dr. Jamie Marshall grew up in the Okanagan area and attended UBC-Okanagan for his undergraduate coursework. He then obtained his dental training at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He enjoys all aspects of family dentistry with a particular interest in endodontics and restorative dentistry. To keep current in his dental knowledge he attends many continuing education courses each year and is a member of the Okanagan Institute for Dental Excellence Study Club. He has also been a staff dentist at the Kelowna Gospel Mission Dental Clinic and the Vernon Dental Access Center providing dental care to underserved patients in the valley. Outside of the office he can be found spending time with his wife and 2 kids, or out riding his mountain bike on the beautiful trails in the region.
